• You should be able to download it directly from Microsoft. It may require you email and password. You can down a trial version and it you are using windows and signing in with a Microsoft account you should be good.

• Microsoft Office 365 is part of the original Windows 10 operating system. Just re-enter your product key as you did for the initial activation. Word is part of the Microsoft Office 365 software.
