There is a 1Y Premium Care with Onsite upgrade from 1Y Courier/Carry-in (5WS0T73712), limited manufacturer's warranty, covering hardware OEM issues, valid within the USA and Canada only.

- Answer The Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 9i 14 model number 82BG0090US/82BG000CUS, is a 110V device. It does ship with a Dual Voltage AC adapter/charger with a USA compatible wall side plug. To use this computer outside the USA, you will need to add a compatible wall side plug adapter, compatible with the country the computer will be used in. This wall side plug adapter is sold separately.

- Answer You can use the Yoga 9i 14 AES Protocol Active Pen with any APP that is compatible with the AES Protocol and/or is compatible with Windows Ink. The Yoga 9i 14 ships with its own rechargeable active pen that stores and charges within the onboard pen garage. Store the pen within its onboard pen dock when not in use, to maximize the pen usage.

QuestionI went into the best buy store to look at this laptop. I love my current Lenovo 2-in-1 but I'm due for an upgrade. The store had the laptop closed. When I opened it, the screen was flickering. What is causing this issue? Not sure If I want to purchase now

- Answer The Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 9i-14 model number 82BG000CUS, has instant on from sleep capability built in, thanks to the Evo Platform this model is configured with and Windows 10 Home 64-bit Operating System. Neither of these features should cause a flicker of the screen's image. Since this is a display model, it may be due to the DEMO video loop that is loaded on this DEMO model. This is not normal for the Yoga 9i-14. This model may be in need of a Windows 10 update, which could be causing the screen to flicker as the operating system is scanning for the update. DEMO model laptops can not automatically download updates.

It is stored within the Pen Garage within the computer body where the pen will recharge when not in use. The tips is not replaceable.
