So I just got this computer I left it alone for probley 2 mins tops and came back the mouse was on a dark screen it wont turn on the right way null

Hi,

Unplug the power cord. Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. If this doesn't resolve the issue, return it to Best Buy, they will have options for you.
