- A:Answer Currently, Best Buy offers a 60 day return for all hearing aids, like the Lexie B2. Normally, they would only come with the 45 day trial offered by Lexie. "Extended returns: Hearing aids have a 60-day return policy for all customers, including Membership Program members. Please note that hearing amplifiers follow our standard 15-day return policy." As the Lexie B2 is a high quality hearing aid, you would have 60 days to try them out and decide if they work for you.

- A:Answer Hi, yes, it is important to use the Lexie App to set up the Lexie B2 Plus hearing aids Powered by Bose. You, however, don't need to stay connected to the app all the time. The Lexie App is compatible with any smartphone or tablet capable of running IOS 13.0 and above, and Android 8.0 and above. Q: QuestionCan I adjust the clarity?

- A:Answer Yes. The controls are in the app that you add to your iphone or android. You can take a hearing test in the app and it sets the suggested settings. You save that and name it for later use. (See my photo). You can also tweak those settings to fit your hearing better. It was too loud for my normal household settings so I lowered the volume and saved it as a new settings group. See the photo of the controls page from my phone. At top it shows my left is not connected right now. At the bottom you can see my L/R are set a little different. The dark button is the environment I’ve got set. The next are environments available. See 2 nd photo. And the battery charge. The company suggests charging each night. But I don’t always get to do that. I usually have enough charge for most of the next day. These are great and. Did not have to borrow money to pay for them.

- A:Answer There are self fitting domes and other helps that come with the hearing aids. I was able to do my own fitting. There is also customer service with an experienced person if you need it. I have not used that service.

Q: Questionhow long do the batteries last before needing replacement ? are replacement batteries available ? at what cost ? can wearer replace them ?

- A:Answer Hidden away in the User's Manual is a comment that says the battery can not be replaced. So, the useful life of the hearing aids is the useful life of the battery.
