• In a normally lit room you can just see that there is something going around inside. The darker the room is, the better you are able to see inside. But you still can't see in very well.

• You can see that something is in there going around but not much more than that. If you darken the room you can see in a lot better.

• Yes, you can see your food, but not as good because the light is on the right side and the interior is dark grey.
