Hello there, Knaq. We appreciate your interest in the LG MHEC1737F Over-the-Range Microwave with Air Fry. We understand your situation and your desire to manually adjust time and temperature while using the air fry feature. While the unit includes convenient Air Fry presets designed to optimize cooking performance, it does not currently support fully manual temperature input in Air Fry mode through the front control panel. However, for customized cooking, we recommend using the Convection Bake function instead.
