Over-The-Range Microwave with Sensor Cook and EasyClean® - Stainless Steel, Model # MVEM1721F, but the light is not working, and you have tried replacing the bulb to no avail, the door switches might not be engaging correctly to signal that the door is closed, even if the latch feels secure, or a blown internal fuse...^Ivan.
