QuestionCan the Child Lock be disconnected or deleted? (LG - 1.8 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave - Stainless-SteelThis lock activates every use. I have read the manuel, tried everything but it still locks. You have to relock and unlock every time with use. What can be done to stop this? If nothing I will consider exchanging for another model, this is time consuming and very frustrating. Other wise--love the oven, pretty, efficient, quiet and love the bright cooking light.

QuestionDetails about bracket that needs to be installed on back wall.We were hoping to replace a GE Profile with an LG over the range microwave (LMV1813ST). We are hoping that the GE bracket that is currently on the back wall would not have to be replaced. How or where can I find out if the bracket is adaptable to this LG mircrowave?
