The lever that you are referring to is the Ice Separation Handle that you need to rotate to drop the ice from the tray into the ice storage bin...^IFV

- Answer Yes, the refrigerator door is able to be reversed. Reach out to a service agent if door reversal is needed after installation is complete. Door reversal is not covered under the warranty. ^CP
