- Answer The remote control of the SK1 can control many TV's power as well as the volume. It cannot change the channel however. Your TV's remote control may be able to control the volume of the soundbar as described on page 17 of the owner's manual https://www.lg.com/us/support-product/lg-SK1#manuals ^CP

- Answer We are unsure what TV ears are. The LG - 2.0-Channel Soundbar with 40-Watt Digital Amplifier - Black, Model # SK1 supports Bluetooth® Connectivity so you can pair it with the Soundbar to stream audio wirelessly. The Soundbar also has an Optical Digital Audio Input on it so if your TV does not support Bluetooth® but has an Optical Digital Audio Output on it, then you can connect the ports with an optical (Toslink) cable. It cannot connect to headphones. ^CP

QuestionI have neighbors and a loud AC unit so I have to turn up the TV to hear? So my question is can I pair my headphones to the bar to listen through headphones instead of the bar so it isn't loud? Thanks

- Answer The LG SK1 2.0 Channel Compact Sound Bar with Bluetooth® Connectivity, Model # SK1 does not have a headphone jack and it only receives Bluetooth signals it does not transmit them so it cannot be paired with Bluetooth headphones either. ^CP

QuestionMy TCL Roku TV is up on the wall rather and I do not have a console or TV Stand under it.My question is does this soundbar need some sort of cable /hdmi etcc to be plugged to the TV outlets. Or can It be seprate and connect via bluetooth or some otherway?

- Answer The LG - 2.0-Channel Soundbar with 40-Watt Digital Amplifier - Black, Model # SK1 supports Bluetooth® Connectivity so you can pair it with the Soundbar to stream audio wirelessly. The Soundbar also has an Optical Digital Audio Input on it so if your TV does not support Bluetooth® but has an Optical Digital Audio Output on it, then you can connect the ports with an optical (Toslink) cable. If the TV only has the older Analog RCA Stereo Audio Outputs (Red/White barrel ports) on it, you can connect those to the AUX IN (3.5 mm) port on the Soundbar with a stereo to mini stereo RCA cable. ^CP

- Answer Yes, you can connect your TV to the soundbar via digital optical cable and your phone via Bluetooth. Then you can simply use the remote to change the source between the two. ^AC

- Answer I've connected this soundbar to pretty much everything I have that has a bluetooth connection so I think it will connect to your device without a problem. I've connected it to my Amazon echo dot, my mac laptop, my tv, and my cellphone so far. It's really easy so you shouldn't have a problem.

The SK1 doesn’t have an HDMI input, so you can’t plug the Fire Stick directly into the soundbar. However, you can still enjoy Fire Stick audio through your SK1 by routing it through your TV: Troubleshooting Step: • Connect your Fire Stick to your TV’s HDMI port as usual. Then use a digital optical audio cable to link your TV’s “Optical Out” port to the SK1’s “Optical In.” Be sure to set your TV’s audio output to “Optical” or “External Speaker” in the sound settings.
