• Yes. It comes with an optical cable which I've found eliminates the lag between picture and audio that I was getting through Bluetooth.

• You hook the soundbar up with a optical cable (included) or a hdmi cable. The Bluetooth part is what makes the soundbar and subwoofer wireless. Bluetooth connects the subwoofer to the soundbar.
