Make sure the optical cable is properly hooked up and the soundbar has AUTO turn on ON. Then make sure it is set to optical on the soundbar. Once done, go to your tv settings and toggle with the Bluetooth so that Bluetooth is OFF. It will then HAVE to use the optical option. Please respond to this if it doesn’t work!
