“Can this soundbar be added to my existing surround sound system?”

• Depends on which sound system you are using. To be certain I would call LG customer service 1 (800) 243-0000 I got a live person after about 10 minutes in cue. The rep was very helpful and also informed me that this soundbar/woofer kit included the optical cable.

• Regrettably, without knowing any details about your existing surround sound system, there is no way to determine if the LG 2.1ch 300W Sound Bar with Wireless Subwoofer and Bluetooth® Connectivity , Model # SK4D can be added to it. The Soundbar is designed as a standalone unit and it doesn't have any ports that you can use to connect to most, if not all surround sound systems. It can receive Bluetooth audio signals when paired with another device that transmits Bluetooth audio signals...^IFV
