“When programmed to the TV and the Woofer does not hook up even after pressing in the button on the back of the woofer what could be the problem? Also why doesn't the sound bar change to different functions”

The woofer should connect automatically, I set this up last night as soon as I turned the bar on the woofer connected immediately. I'd look on the website for troubleshooting because the instructions say it should be automatic
