We’re having the same issue after a year of nonstop operation. Like something triggered it to stop after 5-10 minutes. Answers on this forum are worthless as they say to call LG but after going through a maze of auto attendant commands, we got cut off twice. Horrible customer support. Thinking of trashing LG unit and spending a few dollars more for a reliable Sonus product
