This soundbar has Optical Audio In, and a standard Auxillary input, so yes. Does not have RCA (Red and White cable) but the Aux in will work fine. I use the optical audio input as my TV has an Optical Audio Out. It also has HDMI pass through. So yes, to answer your question.
