Yes, this will connect to HDMI out. I ran my Xbox and PS4 thru the soundbar HDMI and then output to the TV HDMI from the soundbar and it works fine. The only issue is that if you are listening to any other mode like optical or bluetooth, the HDMI won't show correctly, so you can't really listen to anything else and use the HDMI at the same time.
