- Answer Hello, Chris! The setting you need is called "Output Device" and you can find it in the audio menu of your television. In this menu, select External Speakers. Your television will now transmit all audio to the soundbar. Thanks for your question! ~Rita

QuestionI'm disappointed. Why is my sound so low? Hooked with optical on Samsung. Had a cheap sound bar and half to 75% would blow you away, but max (40) in this is not very loud. need to be on about 30 to hear good. And yes I have very good hearing

- Answer My sound is low also but only when I use it with my older model tv and the DirectTv box. If I am watching through Apple TV it or if I connect my phone, it’s super loud. Not sure what’s happening with the compatibility of certain devices.

QuestionWhat is the wattage RMS on this. A couple of other complaints. Theres no pic of the remote so i can get an idea of it. And i Dont see the connection port in the back
