“How many inches from the top of the microwave case to the bottom of the rear wall mounting plate? I have a tile backsplash, and I need to figure out if I'll need to cut away any tile. I have 15-1/2 inches between the cabinet and the start of the tile.”

• I contacted LG through their Facebook Tech group and they couldn't answer that question. They don't have access to the template.
