• Hello Carolh. The amount of clothes that a washing machine of dryer can hold is always provided in cubic feet and the LG - 2.3 Cu. Ft. 9-Cycle Washer and 7-Cycle Dryer Electric Combo - Model # WM3477HW will hold about 8 Kg of clothing weight-wise (i.e. 17.6 lbs) if that helps. The general rule of thumb is that you should load the drum about 3/4 full which guarantees that you have left enough room for the load to tumble freely so you can get a clean wash. You should not have to stuff the clothes in...IFV
