  • QuestionThis dryer takes a LONG time to dry. I did two loads of towels (four towels in each load). EACH load took three and a half hours to do. My older machine took 48 mins for the same load. Why does it take so long?

    • Answer It's a heat pump, not sure why LG answered it saying check dryer vent as this model is ventless! A heat pump will always take longer to dry.

  • QuestionCan you fit a king size comforter or queen size comforter in the washer and dryer?

    • Answer Not in this capacity. I just today washed a thin full comforter, not fluffy, this was probably the max, in my opinion......it washed good & dried good. Overstuffing won't clean or dry well.
