- Answer Best buy did for an added cost. It was $40-50 if memory serves me right. Definitely worth the cost instead of having an old non-working fridge hanging around my home and me trying to find a way to get rid of it.

QuestionAre there coils to worry about on the sides of the refrigerator? Mine is working but came with a good sized dent on the right side. Trying to confirm if its just a cosmetic issue. I know some refrigerators have coils on the sides.

- Answer Hello there. Thanks for reaching out. LG doesn't recommended you put your LG Refrigerator in the garage. Unless you live in a climate with consistent year-round temperatures and they fall within the manufacturer-recommended range of temperatures for running the appliance, using a regular fridge in the garage is a bad idea. If the temperature inside your garage regularly exceeds 110ºF, it is not an ideal location for a refrigerator. Sweltering conditions can cause a refrigerator to burn out from overuse. LG doesn't make Refrigerators for garage usage. `Jai.
