QuestionReceived my beautiful refrigerator this past Saturday. After trying to clean the water line, emptying 3 gallons of water on Saturday and 2 gallons on Sunday, my water still tastes bad. Is there something else that I can do?

- Answer We can deal with the water taste but the ice is awful. Our refrigerator is 3-4 months old. Called LG and they have never heard of such a problem. Yes I have changed water filters.

- Answer Hi Renee. We currently have nine refrigerator models that have a width of 33" but regrettably, none that have a height of 65-67". They all have heights from 68.0 to 69.9", and only one model has an In-Door Slim SpacePlus® Ice Maker. The others have an Ice Maker in the freezer compartment...^IFV

QuestionThe salesman in the store looked this up & said it was older and discontinued. I see on the LG website that it is "coming soon," although that could be an old statement. Is this a newer model? I need one that is just 70" - are spec meas accurate?

It takes about 12 to 24 hours for a newly installed refrigerator to begin making ice. Ice-making stops when the in-door ice bin is full.
