“We just purchased this refrigerator in June 2019. I noticed that when we got this refrigerator that when you open both the doors the left door will stay open but the RIGHT one will not! Can someone tell me if this is supposed to be doing this??”

We are being told by the servicer that LG sent out here to look at it that this refrigerator is MADE to have the RIGHT DOOR not stay open at all. Even when the right door is open PAST 30 degrees it slams shut. Thank you very much for answering my question as this will help us get this issue fixed quicker now!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The refrigerator doors and freezer drawers close automatically with a slight push. The door only closes automatically when it is open at an angle less than 30°. If the doors are shutting too easily you may have a levelling issue. The front of the refrigerator should be a slight bit higher than the back. Adjust the levelling legs at the front of the refrigerator to raise it. This will allow for better door function and sealing. ^CP
