“Temp not cold enough? I have the refrigerator set to the lowest (33) since I got it yesterday, and my 2 thermometers in the fridge read 41 and 40. Is this normal? I'm worried it's not cooling enough.”

Bottom-Freezer Refrigerator Model # LDC24370ST, the temperature that you set it at is your target temperature, but the actual temperature of the refrigerator may be reading differently because the actual refrigerator temperature depends on the food inside the refrigerator. If you hear the compressor still running, then be patient and allow the refrigerator to lower the temperature to or close to what you set it at. Opening the doors frequently will lengthen the amount of time it takes for the refrigerator to achieve that temperature. Other factors that will affect this are the ambient temperature of where the refrigerator is installed. Ideally, the refrigerator should be installed in an area where the temperature is between 55°F (13°C) and 110°F (43°C). If the temperature around the appliance is too low or high, cooling ability may be adversely affected. The installation clearances can also affect the refrigerator's cooling capabilities, too small of a distance from adjacent items may result in lowered freezing capability and increased electricity consumption charges...^IFV
