The 1/4" gap on the top of the Glide 'N Serve Drawer when closed on your LG - 23.8 Cu. Ft. Bottom-Freezer Refrigerator in Stainless-Steel, Model # LDC24370ST is not normal. What can prevent the doors or drawers from fully closing when the refrigerator is finally pushed into its final position after assembly will be that it is not level. They are instructions in your owner's manual on how to rectify this, so if you are adept with tools, you should be able to correct this...^IFV
