“Using this water dispenser is frustrating I have to use both hands since the panel is so far back. If I push it with th4 water glass the water spills outside since the hole misaligns to the glass. Is there’s a solution?”

Try using your glass or cup to push the dispenser. It should align for water and ice to fall into it. Hope this helps.
