“I have 38 1/2 " opening, with a solid wall on the right side of the refrigerator. I don't want to have an issue opening the door 90 degrees and have the handle hit the wall. Do I have enough room to open both doors without issue?”

The right door handle will definitely hit the wall. You might be able to have it lean against the wall without it affecting your accessibility too much.
