Please try again later.The reported issues with regards to defrosting only affected 1 model of refrigerators and LG solved that issue right after taking claims and that issue has never come up again. You can contact our Customer Interactive Center (800) 243-0000 and have them direct you to the proper channels should you need more specific details...^IFV
