• Yes, Pancho, the freezer door, sliding drawer and bin comes out in one piece by simply removing 2 phillips head screws. It takes a moment to do and causes no damage whatsoever. Remove the 2 screws, pull open the door and slightly lift if to disengage from the runners. To replace the unit there are small flanges to assure that it is in the correct place. Very, very easy to do.

• There are two pull out shelves in the freezer. The top shelf has some limitation and the bottom drawer pulls all the way out.
