- Answer I measured from the floor to top of fridge & it was 68 1/2inches. But because the top of door & cap that covers the top door hinge is even higher it is 70 inches.

QuestionI have a 33 1/4" opening that is restricted by a wall on the hinge side (right side). Will the door open completely under this circumstance?

- Answer The refrigerator is 33" wide with the door closed. With the door open at 90 degrees it is 33 5/8" to 34". You may want it to open more to remove bins and such. It measures 30" deep without the door, allowing for the connections and stuff on the back. You'll also want a few inches back there to allow for ventilation. I don't know if your wall is like an alcove where you might be able to pull it out a few inches and make it work, or if you mean an interior wall of your house. That would be a problem.

- Answer It will open approximately 3/4 of the way or perhaps more. Our fridge is near a light switch, so it doesn't open as far as possible. It will get close to the wall, but should work OK.

- Answer Waxing external painted metal surfaces helps provide rust protection. Do not wax plastic parts. Wax painted metal surfaces at least twice a year using appliance wax (or auto paste wax). Apply wax with a clean, soft cloth. ^CP

- Answer Since I recently purchased my fridge and installed the icemaker connections myself, I can say that the icemaker filter is an external device which I purchased from home depot and it is placed in line from the hose which runs from the water pipe to the fridge. My fridge does not have an indoor water dispenser, just an icemaker.

- Answer The installer set the temperature on mine to 37 degrees up top and 0 in the freezer. Indeed, ice cream is pretty hard at that setting, as hard as my deep freezer.
