Q: QuestionHas anyone experienced that after running the dishwasher, the dishes are still dripping wet. I have looked over everything but cannot find anything. Is there a setting I need to utilize? Any assistance?

• A:Answer The answer is: You need to add the "Finish" rinse&dry product for dishwashers; "Finish" is the name brand (any supermarket sells it), and it's the blueish fluid you add next to the dishwasher soap container; once you add the "Finish" fluid (not every time but once every couple of months or more), your dishes (and dishwasher) will end every cycle dried up. Q: QuestionI've never had a dishwasher that uses condensation drying, and I'm concerned that it means the walls of the inside tub will be left with water inside all the time, leading to mold, mildew or at the very least a musty smell. Has anyone experienced this?

• A:Answer I have this exact problem!! The walls of this dishwasher and the entire tub and door are ALWAYS dripping wet with condensation. So frustrating because it makes it smell. In addition, dishes do NOT completely dry, so if you don't removed promptly, they begin to sweat and fog up from the condensation inside. So disappointed. I am considering returning it.

• A:Answer Don't remember the decibel rating...it was fairly high, but am very pleased with this dishwasher. It is extremely quiet, partly because it is a direct drive. No belts to worry about. The first time I ran it, I had to stand next to it to make sure it was running.

Q: QuestionIs the rear of the dishwasher supose to touch the floor when the front legs are risen? I don't see any legs in the back so the rear of the unit is like free standing... Model # LDF5545ST

• A:Answer There is only one rear leg it's in the center. The adjuster is on the front of the dish washer (bottom center behind the plate) for the rear leg. Use a philips head screwsriver. It's better to adjust the rear leg before sliding the dishwasher in.

Q: QuestionThis LG dishwasher says 33.6" height, and I visited several stores and every LG was about 3.25 inches tall. My cutout height allows for 33 9/16 inches, so this w/insulation should fit, right? Thanks!

• A:Answer Make sure the plumber looks at the manual and sees their is a smal adjustable leg towards the back in the middle. The screw to adjust is actually towards the front of the dishwasher so you access it from the front. My plumber was having problems installing and this was the issue. He said he had never done one like that before so it could be on newer dishwashers! I was determined to get this in so I had to help figure it out!! I'm happy to pass this on so it can go more smoothly for others!

• A:Answer Yes, both the top and bottom drawers pull out easily. The top drawer stays in place unless you actively lift up on it to release it from the rails. While the bottom drawer just stays in place and you can pull straight out under the lid of the dishwasher.
