A:AnswerI’m not sure. I would suggest that you call Best Buy and see if you have consultations in your area. If so, there is no charge for someone to come to your house and measure to make sure whatever appliance it is will fit correctly. That’s what they did for us for this dishwasher and a fridge.
A:AnswerI have the same issue. It’s like there is no track or anything to keep lower rack secure when you pull it out! Any ideas of how to fix this? There’s a 2 or 3 inch gap from where it rolls from inside to out on the open door. Always pops off!
A:AnswerIt has a high heat setting but that is probably not enough to heat it as much as it should be to clean really well if you have no hot water to begin with. They even recommend turning on your hot water and getting it good and hot before you turn the machine on.
A:AnswerI think possibly the installer may not have leveled it correctly. Floors can be slightly uneven and maybe that is causing it. I’d call Best Buy and tell them and they should send someone out to see if it’s properly installed.
