QuestionDoes the control panel at the top hide under counter or is it sticking out where you can see it all the time?

- Answer Depending on the depth of the counter, the control panel may be hidden or visible. Mine is totally hidden away to where I can't see my controls at all. QuestionDoes the silverware rack on the bottom come out to put in more tall standing plates in its place, so I could use the third rack for silverware on top instead of the rack below

QuestionCan I extend the length of the drain hose? The new hose it approx. 3 feet too short due to my dishwasher being around the corner left of the sink. Would I be OK to extend this hose 3 or 4 feet?

QuestionMy LG Inverter Direct Drive dishwasher is not drying my dishes. What could be wrong? I make sure it has plenty of Finish added to it.

- Answer Make sure the drying solution isn't overfilled and all the dry settings are correct. If it doesn't work I would call for service. Hopefully you purchase protection plan. Good luck, I hope this helps a little.

- Answer What this sounds like is a safety feature. The door must be closed within four seconds of pressing the Start button. If the door is not closed within four seconds, an LED flashes, an audible alert sounds, and the dishwasher does not operate. To start the dishwasher, open the door and either close the door and press Start (front controls) or press Start and close the door within four seconds (top controls).
