QuestionMy sound dampening pad fell out and I didn’t notice where it came from. Do you know where the sound dampening pad goes before you screw in the bottom front panel?

- Answer Hi Dave, I just installed mine yesterday and had the same question about this insulation piece as I could not remember exactly how it was installed. I believe that I figured it out and am including pictures of it installed. The area with multiple levels of cutouts fits over the water supply line area and the other end with just one large cutout fits in above the electrical junction box. On mine, this means that the side of the insulation pad with "NOISELITE" printed on it is facing outward (visible when installed), but the text is upside down. Hope this helps!

QuestionI just got this DW finally installed but I noticed the first time we used it the dishes were quite wet after the final (drying) cycle stops and turns off. Is this normal and how long should I keep door shut after it turns off before removing the dishes?

- Answer I also just bought this dishwasher. In the instructions it says this dishwasher requires Rinse Aide to dry dishes. My first couple washes without rinse aide were wet. After rinse aide they were much more dry. The rinse aide is put in next to were the soap goes.

- Answer This is not an error code. This indicates that the Child Lock or Control Lock is activated. Press and hold HALF LOAD and ENERGY SAVER for three (3) seconds to deactivate Control Lock.

- Answer Press the power button that lights all the control options. Choose which options to run on this cycle, then press start. You'll see a4 second timer count down to zero.This is to allow you time to close the door. The outside circle light is lit while its running, which turns to green when its done. Hope this helps.

QuestionJust got my dishwasher why is the normal cycle running 3 hours?

- Answer Is you hot water tank far from your dishwasher? Do you run the sink by the washer and the beginning till the waters hot. My is far so I need to, and I run it again mid cycle to make sure it’s very hot. If you’re running the dishwasher in a lot of cold water the dishwasher takes a long time because it wants to heat the water until it’s hot. Which would cause the dishwasher take longer for any cycle. I don’t know about you but my dishes have never been cleaner with this unit. Only had it for about a month but love it.
