“Are you supposed to remove the 10 year warranty sticker - it seems very thick and secure. Also, there is a large clear sticker covering most of the door - are we supposed to take that off as well? I don’t want to damage the door. Any tips/advice?”

• Use a hairdryer to heat the sticker and it will peel off.

• Don’t remove the 10 year sticker-you should be able to remove the door label
