It does leave smudges but they do easily wipe off With a Towel

We purchased an entire set of kitchen appliances (5 in all) because according to the BB webpage it was fingerprint resistant and NONE of them are. The BB rep we spoke to said fingerprint "resistant" is not the same as fingerprint "proof". Too bad their webpage didn't go into such detail.

We bought all 5 LG appliances for our kitchen because they were "fingerprint resistant" according to Best Buy. Now that they are here, we see that they are NOT. Best Buy's response to our complaint was that "fingerprint resistant does not mean fingerprint proof, it just reduces the amount of fingerprints you will see". Here is a pic of our "fingerprint resistant" dishwasher. It is a very quiet dishwasher though if you can just get passed the fingerprints.
