Q: QuestionHow do I use just the dryer function? My dishes are always wet and don't feel clean. I have cleaned the filters and have enough rinse aid. I tried several times to do the 'extra dry' and it just kept rinsing the dishes and not even drying them at all.

Q: QuestionDoes anyone have an issue with the dishes coming out wet? The 3rd top rack never dries and my dishes on the other racks are hit or miss. I use a rinse aid and platinum plus Cascade packs. I also use the overnight button and never overfill the washer.

Q: QuestionThe dishwasher was delivered and I installed it.. However on the very last step. I noticed there was a scratch on the control panel. I don't want to have to remove it and have it return it can the display panel be replaced?

• A:Answer The LG Top Control Dishwasher with QuadWash™ and EasyRack™ Plus, Model # LDP6797ST unit does not have a plug on it and it has to be connected to a dedicated, properly grounded branch circuit which is protected by a time delay fuse. You need to connect the appliance using the 3-wires including a ground wire. ^CP
