“Anyone w/problems w/the water dispenser? Strength of the stream is weak & sometimes just a drip. The lines appears to be ok & it makes plenty of ice. Also, does anyone know if & how the drip tray can be removed? Ours is scuffed up & I want to replace it.”

The problem must be in the door. Assuming that the same water line supplies both the ice and water, the logical place for a splice would be in the door. According to the manual, grip the front of the tray with both hands and pull out.
