The store brought out the 3rd refrigerator with the same issue the small door-in-door would not seal. We went the store and looked at their floor model and the door sealed on that one perfectly so the manager removed the seal we took it home and put it on our door and it worked fine now the door has to be pushed to shut properly and no gap with cold air escaping. I believe the the co. put the wrong seals in these doors and will have to send out new ones to customers with this issue, check yours!!! The seal removes very easily simply pull to remove and pressure fit back on to install. Otherwise we are very happy with LG

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Nope we tried applying pressure to close and no good. The delivery guys did too, no good! They even brought a NEW one to exchange the door it had the same problem you had to push the door and keep pressure on it to seal otherwise you could see daylight all along the door-in-door. They took it back and we are still loosing energy!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The lock on door on door is weak and you must put pressure on the door when closing, if not it will not close and you will lose temperature.
