- Answer LG has a website where you can purchase anything you need for your refrigerator. Check first under the warranty to see if they will send one for you but if not, definitely go to the website. Next time take off all the plastic the day its delivered. I waited to do what you did as well and because i had read about someone breaking theirs, i took my time and delicately removed the tape from all the drawers and glass
