QuestionEvery time I get ice cubes I have to make sure I open the door and access the collection bin bc the cubes tend to jam up at the top on either the left or right side and then the tray doesn't dump additional cubes. Any suggestions?

- Answer Yes, I used my iPhone for setup and to access the refrigerator with LG’s SmartThinQ app.. . If I remember correctly, you connect your iphone to the refrigerators WiFi, then with the LG app, you basically tell the refrigerator how to connect to your home router(Your routers broadcast name and password).

QuestionLG4 door French door refrigerator. I was told that the top drawer on the bottom can be used as a refrigerator and the bottom drawer as a freezer? Or are the both freezer drawers? My fridge is black couple scratches what can I use to make them less visible

QuestionOur new fridge was delivered and installed 3 days ago. The water feature works just fine, however no ice has been made as of yet. The power to the icemaker is in the “on” positIon and the freezer temp is set at 0 degrees. Is there something I can do?
