Q: QuestionHas anyone noticed that Best Buy's website and LG's website say Freesync is only available over DisplayPort, but the manual for this monitor shows Freesync is available through the DisplayPort and HDMI ports. Has anyone tested Freesync through HDMI?
Asked by SimcaMordecai.
- A:Answer From the LG website freesync is only available with Display Port connection. As I do not own an AMD GPU I can not test this feature of the monitor.

Q: QuestionI can't edit the "Black Level" or HDMI Ultra HD Deep Color options. They're greyed out and unavailable. Will this hurt my picture quality? I'm connected to the display port. Thanks
Asked by Xael.
- A:Answer Well, that completely depends on the type of graphics card you're using, and what settings are on your computer. If you have that information, it'd make a definite answer possible. The options available are based on the settings and limitations of whatever you hook up to it.
