“What is the height from the desktop to the beginning of the screen (not the frame). I don't want this to be too high due to possible neck strain.”

It is about 4 inches from my desktop to the outside frame of the monitor. Then about another inch to the screen. I did find it is not the perfect height if you are short or have bifocals.....I raised my chair to compensate for the discomfort.

I can’t give you an exact measurement because I’m writing this from my car but it’s only about 3 inches maybe. The stand is not adjustable however you can tilt the monitor. I have to say the height of the monitor is extremely comfortable. I am using a standard height desk and adjustable gaming chair so I have a little bit of leeway regarding my position. I would absolutely recommend this monitor! I find a viewing height to be perfect and the quality and color accuracy is unbelievable!
