Yes the long drawer under the three drawers pulls out with the doors at 90 degrees. However, you need to also consider the door handle which adds approx. 2 1/8 in. to the door, at the 90 degrees. There is an inset under each door shelf that allows for this. The two door shelves are adjustable on the right side door with four position slots. I looked at the left side and while the door shelves do slip out they do not apoear to be adjustable. They are not as deep because the in door ice maker is located on the door. There are three shelves on the left door. Best use, bottles such as condiments, to include taller salad dressing bottles, can be placed here. The right side shelves/trays are very deep and hold a range of items.
