“Can you use the glass tray while using convection bake mode in the Top Oven. I do not want to keep removing it and replacing with the metal tray. Finally, what will happen if someone accidentally leaves the metal tray in and turns on the Microwave mode?”

For the top oven, while using the convection bake mode, it's recommended to use the metal tray as it is designed to withstand the high heat and ensure even cooking. However, leaving the glass tray in the oven during convection bake mode could result in uneven cooking or damage to the glass. As for accidentally leaving the metal tray in while using the microwave mode, we strongly advise against that, as metal trays can cause arcing, which may damage the unit or lead to safety hazards. To prevent this, always ensure you're using microwave-safe cookware when using microwave mode.
