Q: QuestionOne reviewer noted that the racks do not easily slide in and out, especially when loaded. I find that difficult to understand as that seems a basic function for an oven. Can someone please confirm this one way or the other? Thanks!

• A:Answer When delivery guys first installed oven the racks were not sliding well. Then i realized they were upside down, flipped them over. Only had one instance when rack didn't slide well and was my fault for pulling it out crooked.

Q: QuestionIs there a timer function? For an example if I wanted it to bake for 1 hour at 6:00 p.m. can I instruct it to do that?

• A:Answer The LG 30" Built-In Single Electric Convection Wall Oven - Stainless Steel, Model # LWS3063ST has a Timer ON/Off that serves as an extra timer in the kitchen that will beep when the set time has run out. It does not start or stop cooking. It can be used during any of the other oven control functions. The wall oven also has a Timed Cook function that turns the oven on immediately and cooks for a selected length of time. At the end of the cooking time, the oven turns off automatically. Baking time can be set for any amount of time between 1 minute and 11 hours and 59 minutes.The automatic timer of the Delayed Cook Time function turns the oven ON and OFF at the time selected. When the Delayed Timed Cook finishes, END OF CYCLE and the time of day show in the display. The oven shuts off automatically. The cook end melody repeats every minute until CLEAR OFF is pressed. If the clock is set to 24-hour mode, cooking can be delayed up to 24 hours...^IFV

Q: QuestionCan I install LG LSCE305ST Cooktop above this unit? Most answers say there is a sticker on top of the oven showing the LG compatible cooktops, but I don't have the oven yet. I called LG and they were no help. Thanks for the assistance.

Q: QuestionMy present oven has a rather loud fan which turns on for about 5 to 10 minutes after cooking is finished. This fan is designed to keep electric components safe from overheating, but is very irritating. Does the LG model LWS3063ST use a similar system?

• A:Answer I have not had my oven long enough to use the EasyClean feature yet. It is described as: "Simply spray the oven interior with water, press EasyClean® and then in 10 minutes, quickly wipe away any leftover grime. And you can still use the traditional self-clean cycle for the occasional deep clean." I hope this helps.

Built-In Single Wall Oven, Model # LWS3063ST must be electrically grounded in accordance with local codes or, in their absence, with the National Electrical Code ANSI/NFPA No.70- latest edition. This wall oven must be supplied with the proper voltage and frequency, and connected to an individual, properly grounded branch circuit, protected by a circuit breaker or fuse. The rating plate attached to the unit will show the wattage consumption for this unit and help determine the circuit breaker or fuse required by this model. For a single wall oven that can consume up to 4,100W at 240VAC, a 30 Amp circuit breaker with wire gauge at least #10 AWG must be used. The specification sheet for this model shows that it has a kW rating of 4.1 kW at 240 volts. The control panel of the oven features non-illuminated buttons for setting the temperature and other functions. While the buttons themselves do not have built-in lighting, the control panel display provides visual feedback for the selected temperature and other settings. • A:Answer Hi trustmother. It is recommended that you remove the oven racks before operating the self- clean cycle for the LG - 30" Built-In Electric Convection Wall Oven with EasyClean - Stainless steel, Model # LWS3063ST. Leaving the racks in place could cause discoloration. If the racks are cleaned in the self-clean cycle, their color will turn slightly blue and finish will be dull. After the self-clean cycle is complete and the oven has cooled, rub the sides of the racks with wax paper or a cloth containing a small amount of oil...^Ivan This will make the racks glide more easily into the rack tracks.
