Thank you for your inquiry. What you read about converting from Natural Gas to LP is correct. You will lose BTUs. The Burner Power(BTUs) for the LG 30" Self-Cleaning Freestanding Gas Convection Range, Model # LRG3095ST are as follows: Left Front (High Output): 12,000 BTU, Left Rear (All Purpose): 9,100 BTU, Center: 8,000 BTU, Right Front (SuperBoil™): 17,000 BTU, Right Rear (Simmer): 5,000 BTU. However, determining how many BTUs you would lose are lost is an involved calculation that requires knowing what the pressure to each burner is, the composition of the Liquid Propane, (this will vary from company to company). A simpler way to determine this would be to watch the gas meter and measure the time it takes to use one cubic foot of gas then use the formula: (3600 x 1000)/seconds = BTUH. The only snag is that you would have to do this for the Liquid Propane then see what the difference is. You might want to contact your local LP supplier and ask them, they may have some numbers they could give you!...IFV
