    • Answer The LG 30" Smart Built-In Electric Convection Combination Wall Oven with Microwave and Air Fry, Model # WCEP6423F, requires a single-phase, 3-wire, A.C. 120/208 V or 120/240 V 60 Hz electrical system. 120/208V and 120/240V refer to different electrical configurations, and they are not the same thing as the 120 VAC, 60 Hz that you are referring to as "regular power". 120/208V is a split-phase supply, where there is 120V between the two hot wires and 208V between the two neutral wires. This configuration is commonly used in residential settings, particularly in apartments and smaller buildings. The 120V/240V system is commonly referred to as split-phase in North America. This system supplies two 120VAC lines that are 180 degrees out of phase with each other, allowing for both low-voltage (120V) and high-voltage (240V) power to be used in residential settings.   • QuestionDepth of oven states 24 cutout but then 23 3/8 is the depth of the oven. Why is the cutout depth more than the oven?

    • Answer If memory serves when I was looking at the cutout dimensions (my cabinet was super tight left to right) it was stated that the oven requires airflow around the outside. This extra cutout depth provides space for that.

  • QuestionDoes the unit require more than 30 amps, if so will I need need to run a new circuit?

    • Answer Hello, JP. The LG 30" Smart Built-In Electric Convection Combination Wall Oven with Microwave and Air Fry—Stainless Steel, Model # WCEP6423F, requires a 40-amp circuit breaker for 240 V. You can only use a 30-Amp circuit breaker for 208 V. It must be hard wired (direct wired) into an approved junction box. A plug and receptacle is not permitted on these products. If you do not have the correct receptacle and circuit breaker, you must have one installed by a qualified, licensed electrician...^Ivan.

  • QuestionCan the RACK that comes with the microwave be used during cooking inside the microwave? The RACK is made with metal. And there is caution saying not to use WIRE rack.

This is because the Black Stainless model comes with an air fry feature instead of the sous vide function. The Black Stainless model offers a 1.7 cu. ft. convection microwave and a 4.7 cu. ft. oven, along with an air fryer mode, which is not available in the other finishes.
