- Answer I don't know about ipad, but my Samsung and my mom's Huawei phones connect via router. Don't know if Apple has an app to let you connect this way.

- Answer Yes. The TV has multiple hdmi inputs. All you have to do is plug an hdmi cable between the PS4 and the TV.
